As CEOs for Cities recently published a report about the link between urban amenities and housing values, we are including this link to the our 2007 study that addresses this same subject in more detail and with a more rigorous methology.

The City of Newport will be the new base for the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration's research ships on the West Coast, with the fleet transferring from Seattle Lake Union. Attraction of the fleet was a key objective outlined in Johnson Reid's Economic Opportunity Analysis completed for the City in 2004.
